Esta mañana se presentaron los nominados a las 24 categorías participantes a los Premios Óscar 2015, la gran fiesta de Hollywod que tendrá como ceremonia central un megaevento conducido por el actor y comediante Neil Patrick Harris este 22 de febrero.
Las favoritas Birdman y El gran hotel de Budapest obtuvieron nueve nominaciones, entre ellas la de mejor película, mejor director y mejor guión original.
A diferencia de Birdman, El gran hotel de Budapest no obtuvo ninguna nominación para sus actores. Es decir la cinta llamada también La inesperada virtud de la ignorancia consiguió tres nominaciones en el rubro (mejor actor, mejor actor de reparto y mejor actriz de reparto).
Acompañan a estos dos filmes en la categoría de mejor película: El francotirador, Boyhood, The imitation game, Selma, La teoría del todo y Whiplash.
Asimismo, Alejandro González Iñárritu (Birdman) y Wes Anderson (El gran hotel de Budapest), competirán en la categoría de mejor director al lado de Richard Linklater (Boyhood), Bennett Miller (Foxcatcher)y Morten Tyldum (The imitation game).

En la categoría de mejor actor, para muchos ha sido una sorpresa la nominación de Steve Carell, por la película Foxcatcher. Otros nominados son Bradley Cooper (El francotirador), Benedict Cumberbatch (The imitation game), Michael Keaton (Birdman) y Eddie Redmayne (La teoría del todo).
Asimismo, consiguieron ser nominadas a mejor actriz: Marion Cotillard (Dos días, una noche), Felicity Jones (La teoría del todo), Julianne Moore (Siempre Alice), Rosamund Pike (Perdida) y Reese Witherspoon (Alma salvaje).
